1. Our friendly, professional staff will prepare and deliver personalized brochures and order forms, which all clearly describe and explain our various programs, and presents our special introductory offers to your students and their families. We can organize the packages according to individual classes to minimize efforts of your school's or group's administartive staff. We will also supply you with an administrative support sheet, which will help you track orders, tally your profits and realize your end goal.
2. Encourage your students and group members to tell their friends and families about A&T Equestrian's exciting and affordable riding programs and sell equestrian packages.
3. Collect all orders from students and group members, use the administratvie support sheet to tally the results, and submit your administration sheets with one easy payment covering the collective amount for your school or group. Your school or group collects all the money and automatically keeps the 20% fundraising bonus.
4. A&T Equestrian will then supply gift cards for all purchased riding packages, and will organize them by class or by other means that you specify. We will deliver all gift cards to your school or group within seven days of our receipt of your administration sheets for delivery to individual package purchasers.
5. Each purchaser will receive gift cards for the packages they purchase. They in turn will contact A&T Equestrian to register for the classes that best suit their schedule.
